Kenai River Sockeye

Kenai River Salmon, with its beautiful red meat color and great  taste is perfect even for the most special or everyday occasions. 

The Kenai River is a river on the Kenai Peninsula in southcentral Alaska. (our home town!!) The Kenai River flows into the Cook Inlet, which is where these fish are harvested.  These Alaska  sockeye salmon are the smallest most delicate of the Kenai salmon family, these wild salmon are sought after for their unique flavor and bright red, extra firm texture. We select only #1 premium grade fish that are bled and iced immediately after being caught. Sockeye salmon run fresh from end of June to August. During those summer months you can be assured that your salmon will be shipped within days of being caught. However all of our flash frozen fillets can be purchased year round. Each fillet is portioned down to individual sizes that ranges from 8 oz - 10 oz each and is shipped flash frozen, via overnight, ready to either prepare or freeze. There is a 5 pound minimum order for sockeye salmon fillets.
